Hello Crafty Friends! I am so excited to be part of the 10th annual 25 Days of Christmas Tag event hosted by Tracey! I am joining in today with Pretty Pink Posh.
I wanted some pretty neutral tags for my gifts this year. I decided to have brown paper packages and thought the buffalo check would pair perfectly with that. I just love the pops of red. The sentiments on the tags are from Holiday Greetings (Pretty Pink Posh).
I created the backgrounds using Black Soot distress ink as watercolor & did very simple stripes. In the places where the stripes overlapped I added an extra layer of ink to darken it. I just love how it turned out!
