Thanks Owl Lot - Lawn Fawn

Hello Crafty Friends! I am taking part of the "For the Birds" Lawn Fawnatics challenge this week. This is my second entry. I didnt realize until this challenge just how many Lawn Fawn sets includes birds; a lot!

Another of my favorite Lawn Fawn paper pads was this fall one. I am REALLY hope they bring this one back too! A girl can dream right? The owls come from the So Owlsome stamp set along with the little branch. The Owls are outside of my normal favorite browns, I chose E74, E72 & E70 for the more purple undertone. I liked how it looked with the background paper the best. I thought the apples went with the whole apple tree theme. The sentiment is the Scripty Thanks die cut. And the smaller sentiment comes from the same So Owlesome stamp set that is white heat embossed on black carstock.

Warm Hearts - Lawn Fawn

Hello Crafty Friends! For card number two in my Lawn Fawn patterned paper mini series I have done an all paper card with no stamping! I had originally made this one for the Lawn Fawnattics die challenge but with the craziness of the holidays I didn't get it finished in time.

I just could not resist this bunny paper and was trying different things with it but really wanted it to shine. I had cut the second paper with the sentiment already printed on it to use as the next layer. So I dug through my stash of dies and found the Outside In Stitch Christmas Tree stackables and the second largest tree was perfect and simple. It really lets the papers take center stage. I decided to make a small shaker and used some Sparkling Clear Sequin mix inside. All of the paper on this card can found in the Snow Day Remix collection.

Thanks for Stopping by!

A little Retro - Lawn Fawn

I went a bit retro with today’s card... I am a crafty hoarder. I have paper from years of collecting and that’s after a major purge a few years ago. When this set and paper pack came out I absolutely adored it. So while discussing favorites with another craft friend I started digging through my stash and found this pack. I immediately had to use it. I know it’s a bit different from my normal but I plan to do more like this one soon. Break out those old papers and stamps, you might rediscover some favorites!

Wish You - Lawn Fawn

Got together with some "Fawny" friends to wish one of our
favorite stamp companies a very happy 5th Birthday!

Who can resist all their adorable stamps &

their super sweet owner Kelly Marie and the rest of the staff.

You guys rock! Here's to many more years!!

All paper & stamps from Lawn Fawn!

I made this card using the 6x6 paper pad Hello Sunshine & Lets Polka, small stitched rectangles dies, the new flirty frames stamps & the year three cake stamps. The inside of the card says 'Smile... it's your birthday!' also from the year 3 stamp set.
Sequins in sparkling clear from Pretty Pink Posh.

You should have arrived here from Caryn's.

Valentine | Blog Hop

Thanks for joining me on our Valentine Blog Hop! The amazing & talented Jenn invited me to play along with her for the 7th day of her 14 day series! Be sure to visit her at Creative Chick and see all 14 days of inspirational posts & links to all the great ladies participating.

Jenn and I met on instagram. As you know I am slightly obsessed with LawnFawn and she happened to be posting some yummy LawnFawn designs and I just HAD to say something. Love of mutual things goes a long way to starting new friendships. She is the biggest sweetheart, dollface. <3 her! I may not have been blogging or entering in all this fun stuff if it weren't for her!

Sharing the LOVE! Since this is the season of L-O-V-E be sure to leave me a little love and the other hop participants a little love as well throughout this series. (hint: we LOVE comments) Let me know in the comments how you are sharing the LOVE of this blog hop- you can share the link on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest. The more times you share, and the more days you share the better your odds of winning! Jenn will be randomly picking some sharers and posting them and the prizes at the end of this series.

So this is my contribution! I hope you like it. I used my new Femme Frames die cuts from Mama Elephant as well as the Water Blooms stamp set. I use a really nifty product for my shaker cards which makes it super easy & no more sticking confetti!! Shake it shaker card pouches come in a ton of sizes and I totally recommend them to anyone who loves shaker cards as much as I do. All the confetti can be grabbed from Pretty Pink Posh store, I ADORE her products.

Fall - Fall - Fall card

Normally I don't use card sketches - I get an idea in mind and go for it, but when I saw the card sketch (below) and the inspiration cards they really lit a spark. I love all the new patterns in the new Lawn Fawn collection for fall so I decided to try a little paper piecing.

I know mine didn't end up exactly as the sketch shows but with my card and all the patterns it felt really heavy if the back piece didn't go all the way across.

This card was inspired by:
